The company was founded after President Rich Cersosimo retired from a successful 30-year career at IBM and joined forces with Lou Castanho, a distinguished chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
Pasta Vita began with a single location in Old Saybrook and has since expanded across Connecticut. We are pleased that a successful partnership with the Mohegan Tribe has allowed us to expand our reach and open four locations; Wethersfield, Avon, South Windsor, and two locations inside the Mohegan Sun Casino Resort in Uncasville. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce our newest location opening early 2020 in Darien.
Chef Lou and his team prepare hundreds of gourmet entrees and side dishes each day. Just pop them in the oven to enjoy delicious restaurant-quality cuisine for 2-4 people in minutes! We also offer a wide variety of appetizers, soups, salads, breads and desserts to complete your meal.
