The family-style lasagna serves 9-12.
How many ravioli are in a container?
Approximately 30-35 ravioli per container.
How many pints of sauce per container of ravioli?
We recommend one pint per container. If you prefer extra sauce, two pints may be necessary.
How many servings are in the small entrées?
Two servings.
How many servings are in the pasta/chicken salads?
Two servings.
How many servings are in the green salads?
Two for a main course or 3-4 for a side.
Heating instructions?
Each item has heating instructions printed on the label. Many items can be heated in the microwave but we recommend heating all dishes in the oven for best results.
What is the proper way to heat the family-style lasagnas?
The family-style large lasagna must be cooked for three hours and rotated periodically throughout cooking. Let set 30 minutes before slicing.
How long can I keep this in the refrigerator?
Seven days after cooking. We recommend freezing if not used after five days.
How do I cook this product if it’s frozen?
It’s best to fully defrost product and then follow the heating instructions printed on the label.
